The Cake Studio is owned and operated by Mercedes Tamayo. She is an expert baker/cake designer as well as a ballroom dancer, fitness fanatic, and mommy to her wonderful son.   A seasoned hospitality professional, Mercedes has been creating beautiful cakes for over 10 years and she's been in the hotel catering and wedding industry for over 20 years.  Mercedes and her team know how important your special celebration is and will go above and beyond to make sure your cake is a memorable part of it.

We encourage you to dream and create with us, as no two cakes are alike.  They are all custom designs and reflect what you and your celebration represent to you.   We want to make a sweet work of art for your special day!
